eBay Business Article
hy is it we always associate making money on eBay and with business generally with hard work and subsequently something we shouldn’t enjoy? So many people believe it is not possible to do something you really enjoy and make money at the same time.
I have noticed the cynical attitude of people with regards to the thought of having a good time. People believe they should feel almost guilty if what they do to make money is enjoyable and they should stop doing it and get real job.
The interesting thing is that the people who are really earning good money on the Internet are having lots fun.
When talking to successful internet enterpreneurs it’s clear they can’t understand why people have such a hang up with having fun and choose instead to build a proper bricks and mortar business or a drudge job.
It’s almost as if we are expected by society to work our butts off until we reach retirement and then retire. Most of us in almost poverty with barely a few dollars in our checking acccounts and our IRA’s.
However on the other side of the coin are those who enjoy making their money. On the whole they are more content, less stressed. With their bank accounts full and their sanity in tact they could not care less about working to retirement as they face every single day with renewed challenge and enthusiasm. Why retire from that?
Lets for example take the idea of making some serious money on eBay.
Most people fall into two categories here: those that believe that they need to muster some kind of superhuman capacity and those that believe that they cannot begin to compete with the big fish in this giant entrepreneurial pond. Both end up in the same place. Unsuccessful.
This is the biggest challenge for those who coach others on doing business on eBay. What they come up against is a level of seriousness that stands in the way of the fun that is an integral part of any virtual business.
To master eBay and make a lot of money you don’t need to tie yourself up with the intricate details but you do need a fertile imagination and to be happy to stray away from the herd. To many people focus on unimportant stuff and miss the opportunities to have fun.
Chris Lakey a leading internet marketing professional says ” People seem to think too big at the start they figure they have to have it all worked out before even getting started”
According to several Internet marketing experts most people paralyze themselves with an intimidating picture of the potential of eBay. They think of the millions that can be made on it. The thought excites them and then paralyzes them.
“The most important thing is just to get started”. This is the mantra from those that have succeeded. You must have the capacity to think big but you must be content with starting small and going slow until you have it down.
So why don’t you start having some fun and get started making some money on eBay today you might be surprised at how easy making money and having fun can be?

eBay Business Article
If you are at all serious at building your ebay business in to a life long means of income at some stage you are going to have to find a wholesaler to provide you products to sell.
Surely it can’t be that hard to find wholesalers willing to provide you goods to sell can it? Well my fellow eBay entrepreneur I have some rather disappointing news for you. The vast majority of wholesalers would rather sell to their established off line customers rather than a newbie start up on eBay.
So where should you start when trying to find a reliable wholesale source?
I have found that the very best way to find good wholesalers is to do plenty of reasearch first. One way is to search using google with your keyword such as “computers wholesale” or similar search phrases.
I am quite suprised that not that many people look on eBay for wholesale goods even though there is a entire category dedicated to wholesale goods. You can find it by putting in words like wholesale and wholesale lots which came up with over 37,000 listings in the eBay search engine when I searched.
The most easiest method I have found and the one I use most often is to use a reliable online wholesale source directory my favorite being the World Wide Brands Source which you can get information on at http://www.auctionwealthsecrets.com/directory. I find this an invaluable source and it has contributed significantly to my eBay success.
For those live in larger citites and towns there are tradeshows where you can meet suppliers face to face. As these events are exclusive to businesses you only get serious players and this gives you a chance to build contacts and set up deals. Make sure before you go to these events you have done your homework so you look like a serious player and not a wannabe.
Although intimidating you could just get out the local or even national business directory and start contacting companies by phone. If you are trying to source products from abroad you may want to make initial contact via email or letter to ensure you can speak to some one who speaks your language or you will need to arrange an interpreter to act on your behalf as a very last resort.
When you have been working with suppliers for a while you’ll find they might improve deals that you had with them although you may need to suggest this. If the supplier values you business then they should be able to offer better terms making you more profits.

eBay Article:
The eBay system is something you can trust. It is the virtual realization of supply and demand, and it works. There is an intrinsic justice about it. When you put up a rare item don’t panic about what it will go for. If it truly is rare and desirable then the market will decide and you will make your profit.
When selling on eBay it is a balance between research and caution which if done properly will yield the desired result. It is possible with diligent buying to have guaranteed the profit at the start of the transactional process. If you like it’s similar to buying no money down real estate at below market value.
If you don'’t know what I mean by that concept you need to read Robert Allen’s “The Road To Wealth” its an inspirational book and although it is about real estate the same principles apply.
A common mistake that people make on eBay is to set a high starting bid price. They do this out of fear; fear that the market will not be fair and that they will actually lose on the product. Strangely enough this misplaced caution makes buyers cautious too and often results in no bidding action at all.
When grasping eBay the novice feels a little out of the depth when hearing tales of high value goods sold for huge sums of money.
Talk like this only emphasizes the yawning chasm between those starting out and those who have experience to give them confidence. This is the other extreme. It is natural to feel nervous about your initial eBay activity but the right way to work with it is to fall somewhere between the up tight example and the laissez faire, ‘ been there done that’, entrepreneur.
You can walk the path of least fear and resistance if you do the research and buy sensibly. That means always spending no more than 50% of the going price on eBay for your product.
Whilst appearing tedious this research will give you a massive confidence and advantage over those eBay sellers who prefer to wing it. By starting in this way you reduce your chances of getting burn’t and learn to play like a winner fast.
Dale Calvert and several other Internet business experts keep telling us: “If you can check your email you can get on eBay”.
Most people agree that the philosophy of help others to achieve their goals will help you achieve yours oculd not be more clearly illustrated than on eBay.
I only started eBay to prove to myself that a person could make five to ten thousand dollars a month. And I didn’t do it to really make money, as much as I did to give me an alternative vehicle that I could start sharing with other people and teaching to people.”
So what are you waiting for start making that change to your life today.

Article - Dropshipping Business
Dropshipping what is it anyway, now that’s a good question if you live in the US you might well of heard of it but much of the rest of the world hasn’t caught on to the idea yet.
This is a quick summary of Dropshipping for those who don’t know. What happens is instead of you ordering a huge pile of stock and then after you sell it you ship it direct to your customers with dropshipping the supplier send out your orders for you. Once you make the sale you send the dropshipper your customers details and they send out the goods. They even use your shipping labels so your customer won’t even know or care you aren’t supplying them.
I find that a lot of eBay sellers like the idea of dropshipping as it takes a lot of the tedious work out of selling on eBay which is one of a few pluses to using a dropshipping service. But the less experienced eBay sellers needs to be wary of the negatives also.
Lets investigate some positive points of dropshipping first:-
1. There is no need to hold huge stocks of goods or pay for storage or warehousing of goods. While not as important for less bulky goods it can be very useful for bigger items.
2. You won’t have to pay for a supplier to ship goods to you. But instead your dropshiper will charge you or your customer to deliver the goods plus a fee to cover their increased labor costs.
3. A large number of eBay sellers find the worst part of running an eBay business is the sending the items to their customers (packing and shipping). When you use the services of a dropship company they deal with all that for you.
4. No need to pay for or store packaging materials: Packaging can be quite costly and also very bulky so not having to worry about this can be really important, even more so if you don’t have much storage space.
It probably doesn’t need me to tell you but like everything in life there are always some negatives to consider.
Lets look at the dropshipping negatives:-
1. You’ll find that the dropshipping costs can add quite a bit to the overall cost of the product as you need to pay for the suppliers staff to send out the product on your behalf. On occasions these might be five dollars or even more and then you need to factor in these costs as well as shipping if you want your customer to swallow them. You need to be careful when working out your profits that you take these costs in to the equation.
2. It is inevitable sometimes things won’t work out with deliveries or goods. It is important you understand that any problems will be yours to sort out as your customer will expect to deal with you and not the dropshipping company. So make sure you thoroughly research the company you are using both for their dropshipping service and products.
3. Some sellers find that they locate a perfect product to sell but are unable to get a dropshipper to provide it for them. Some companies would rather just deal with bulk sales and don’t need the extra work involved with dropshipping the goods themselves.
4. On occasions you’ll find your dropshipper runs out of stock especially with high demand items. This can lead to unhappy customers who may feel agrieved that you sold a product you can’t supply.Usually with some careful handling you can keep most customers happy and avoid negative feedback.
Lots of ebay sellers find that dropshipping works for them while other just can’t seem to make it work. I always find that when things go wrong it is usually down to not having done thorough enough research. Do this and you should find dropshipping is another great way of selling.
